Refund Policy
"Since our company is offering custom made goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped or delivered. You are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and if there are questions or concerns, please contact us before ordering. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. We will also repair/replace at our discretion any products that are faulty due to manufacturing defects. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date."
